1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be requested within 30 days of the original delivery date.



2. Return Eligibility & Product Condition

  • Eligible Items: Products must be unopened, unused, in original factory packaging, and include all original manuals, accessories, UPC barcodes, and packaging materials.

 

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-configured systems, activated software licenses, opened electronic consumables, clearance items, and special-order commercial hardware marked as Non-Cancelable / Non-Returnable (NCNR).

 

3. Return Process (RMA Required)

  1. Request Approval: Contact our support team at support@ditta-enterprises.com with your order number and SKU to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

 

  1. Receive RMA & Instructions: Unauthorized returns sent without an approved RMA packing slip will be rejected.

 

  1. Ship Your Item: Ship the product to the designated warehouse address provided on your RMA instructions.

 

4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for round-trip return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

  • Restocking Fee: A standard 15% restocking fee applies to commercial hardware returns to cover distributor processing fees.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items (DOA)

If your shipment arrives damaged or is Dead-on-Arrival (DOA), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and coordinate a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.



6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
